Management very pleasant. Made to feel comfortable upon arriving. Food was good bar was pleasant for meeting and greeting. Loved the hot wings. Cocktails. Loved my room. It was very comfortable, and clean.Wake up call and check out went very smoothly. I'm a person of few words I prefer brevity. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or sorors in the future.

It was great, location was excellent easy to find what we need and places to go. Mall was right across the street, the aquarium about 15 minutes drive, walmart two minute drive, restaurant was less the five minutes away. location was excellent. will return

The lobby and amenities were good, but when arriving in your room, it went way down hill. The 1st room smelled, so we were moved to another room. When arriving there we noticed there were no opening windows or circulation in the room. No fans/circulation in the bathroom and peeling walls with old tiles and mold. Stains were on the couch and carpets. The beds were not very comfortable either. We had already moved once and had somewhere to be. We couldn't keep moving and were not offered luggage service the 1st time, so I was not to keen on dragging my bags again, so we settled. On the last day we saw a red ant crawling across the floor. When complaining about the bugs and poor room condition the receptionist offered a free breakfast, but then realized that the kitchen was already closed and just apologized. They did have a Starbucks inside the hotel, but it was never open. When it finally was opened, the women couldn't even make a latte correctly. I would never stay at this Hotel again and would never recommend it.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and have enjoyed it both times. The beds are comfortable and the room service breakfast was excellent and timely. The noon check out time is great too. The location is great to for dining and shopping. We will definitely be back for another weekend stay.

This stay was arranged through online travel website and was a good value. That said, I think the room I was in was dated and not the best of their rooms.
There was some sort of leak in the bathroom that would put water on the floor. I could never locate where it was coming from. The A/C was great but had to be turned off to get it warmer.
The bedding was great and probably the best part of the room.
They have a guaranteed wake up call, which I appreciated. I always worry about a wake up call- not coming.
Free parking in the garage is great.
Location can be tough to access at rush hours.
