The standard room looked like a shabby motel. The outside appearance of the property is very deceiving in that it looks nice. The interior room included a dirty carpet, cheap laminate furniture, and an uncomfortable sunken mattress. Also, when we were going to check-in in July 2009, both of the elevators for the hotel were out of service, so good luck if you're not handicapped or are in perfect shape to climb up the fire exit staircase with several heavy suitcases. One woman we met, was 9-months pregnant, couldn't get to her room ;on the 5th floor;, because of no elevator. The hotel desk was stating for over 1/2 hour&that the elevator would be worked on, but never happened. We've stayed at holiday inns in U.S. and have been extremely happy! But, please avoid this hotel. Also, beware of many of the hotels in Tiberias area.
