Everything about this place is BAD...the rooms a nasty...the food is gross....the booze are water down...the beach is not nice....the best part of my trip was getting out of that terrible hotel...Spend some extra money and stay somewhere nice...the all-inclusive is NOT WORTH IT.....THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My trip was great, I loved the chef at the seabreeze (Butcher) he is awesome. I love R, at the bar, and a few others. My one and only complaint is my room 4345 was terrible. Every time he was like damp, and my bed and clothes would be damp. My fiance left his expensive shoes by the clothes, and he thought I spilled something on them, but I told him it was not me. Come to find out there was some kind of leakage somewhere but we could not find out where. The air conditioner was terrible, did not work, the bathroom was so small, that while you was taking a shower you could not leave the door open. That was the biggest problem was the mildew/and condensation/dampness in room 4345. DON"T STAY IN ROOM 4545...... Other then that I am going back, in December

the hotel was very well kept on the outside and the staff was wonderful, very helpful, and very friendly. the food was delicious! and the drinks OMG! However, when i was given the key to my room and i opened the door i was not impressed the room looked regular compared to how the hotel was kept up outside. it smelled like mildew and the bathroom was not in the best condition. the beds were comfortable and the view from the room was great! my overall experience was lovely they just need to renovate the rooms.

Folks it is a three star hotel,,,what do you expect. I can not believe some of the horrible ratings, however! I do agree, not much effort of the staff to be friendly(They can nott accept tips) The cups were small, but I could not drink them fast enough before the ice melted. The bathrooms were small, but mine is at home too, so I do not live in it! Jamaica..go outside. The food was as expected...I paid for hamburgers not T-bone. The NOSEEUMS are from the sand not your room,, no beach early or late. The public areas were always clean..You know what,,,at home, my lights go out,,,and blah blah blah...people stay home,, NO PROBLEM!!! that is Jamaica Have a blast...kids...what kids..did not see my three..yeah they had a blast,when can we go back?
