This hotel needs serious help, yet their staff was fabulous. We arrived late (10pm) and their ""shuttle"" was no longer running so we took a taxi. The restaurant had a buffet up (no more menu orders). Although they had pasta dishes out, the Maitre D insisted on cooking us four fresh pasta dishes to go with the buffet items. It was his idea and he insisted on doing it. His pasta was delicious as was all of their food and wine. Their food was fresh and as good as any we found in any Italian hotel. The front desk staff was also helpful in giving us touring and transportation tips the next day. However, the property has issues. The hotel is insolated from the chaos that is Naples (you'll love this or hate it). The King rooms were VERY large well equiped and comfortable. Yet they had a dingy feel and the hallway was absolutely filthy with a terribly stained carpet that appears twice as old as the building. Our electronic room key took 10 to 20 tries to get it to work (even with staff assistance). We loved the staff and their food but wouldn't stay here again without a massive cleaning and renovation.

We stayed here for several days around New Year's. The room was fine, but no a/c available in winter and it got hot in the afternoon sun, so the housekeeper unlocked the window for us. This was great for watching fireworks on New Year's Eve from the 13th floor. The neighborhood was desolate at times, since it was surrounded by office buildings and we visited on a holiday weekend. The train station was right around the corner to the SW - not too far unless burdened by suitcases. Other interesting destinations were a long walk, which we didn't mind. The people at the front desk were helpful, even when we were having trouble with the room keys, which operated both the room door and the electricity in the room. The restaurant was okay, but expensive for the type of food available. The other places to eat in the neighborhood seemed to be mostly closed.

Firstly,the bathroom was not clean.I think the cleaning service was not nice. Secondly,the location is quite far from the station.I think it is not walking distance.It takes 20mins by foots.Thirdly,free shuttle bus is terrible.It has only 8 seats and people waited for 1 hour to get a seat.It is better not provide free shuttle then I would not expected to get it because I waited for 40 mins but I didn't get a seat.
