This hotel was very welcoming when we walked in, there was a fire going in the fireplace and we had been driving in the rain fromt he airport. It made a nice impression as we had to hurry and get to clevelad for a funeral. The staff was very nice to us and got us checked in right away. We had to get up early and were very pleased with our meal sitting at the bar. The stay was short and very busy, but the hotel was very accomodating and had a nice upscale homey feel, we needed a little comforting on this trip.

First of all, our laptop would never work in our room. We tried the 800 number they provided and we still could not get service? (we have never had problems in other hotels). We were very unhappy with our stay in this hotel. We had several rude interactions with the owner. The owner needs to take some hospitatlity lessons. We witnessed him being rude to guests on more than one occasion.

I love traveling but some of my last hotel experiences weren't so great, so when I needed to attend to family in Ohio, I poured over hotel reviews. I hoped that the good reviews I found for this hotel were true. They were. The room was clean with what appeared to be new furnishings, new beautiful linens. I ordered one each of their custom pillows and they gave them to me with a smile. Staff was efficient. When we called in a maintenance request for the tv, it was taken care of quickly. The restaurant, Alfredo's, was great! If I need to return, I'll be checking for vacanies here!

we were in cleveland for a family funereal, and thus needed to stay there for 2 weeks. we have since returned and stayed another week. the front desk was friendly and very helpful in any way i needed. one day i mentioned that i needed a phone number, and the next thing i knew, i had it in my possession.
the restaurant food was good, and when i had a problem with a waitress, it was handled quickly and professionally. much to my surprise!
the rooms were spotless and comfortable. parking free and spaces readily available.
i will stay there again at thanksgiving as well. this is a great find! -

I meet up with some friends in town and I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable and looks very new. Tiffany at the front desk was very sweet and we had a great dinner in the restaurant. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.
