Good location. About three blocks from the Bond Street tube station. Good shopping and eating places are about two blocks away. I felt like it was a safe neighborhood. By American standards the room was expensive, small and old. By European standards, it was about what I expected to get. We were two adults and two kids. We paid for four and got two queen size beds. They would not provide a roll away nor was there room for one. The two queen size beds barely fit in the room. The people there were nice but the housekeeping was very poor. Cleaning was inconsistent and several trips had to be made to the front desk to deal with shortages of towels or coffee. You really get what you pay for and this is no exception. I would recommend this place if you are travelling on a budget and good location is a priority over American style cleanliness.

Staff was nice and hotel was in a great location. The description says ""located in a quiet .. in Marylebone"". The street traffic is loud enough to be heard through the wall/ over the TV during rush hour. We stayed three nights; on the first night both my wife and I developed large bite marks. The second night we got a couple more. Third night we got a few more bites. I pulled off the sheets to our bed to find it had been infested with bed bugs along the seams. I notified the hotel management and they offered us a free ""ONE night stay"" for our troubles.

I stayed here by myself in July of 06 and was pleased. The lobby was smokier than a rocket launch, but it's Europe so its best to get used to it. My room was a decent size with two twin beds. If I had been with my wife, that part would have been a drag. Good pubs around. Shopping is the best in London. Very nice pub scence for young professionals. AC was nice. Internet was expensive though! I think it was 12 pounds ($25) per day.

Springtime in London for my family was a great time! So much to see and do! We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Oxford Circus. The location was just off Bond St. a few minute walk to the Tube. The location could not have been better! The hotel was average, but comfortable. I do believe the front desk clerks could have been more gracious and helpful...maybe that's the way things are across the pond! All in all our stay provided us with some fun family moments!
