Phone wasn't working in the room. Notified desk and nothing was done about it. All it would do was hum. TV reception went in and out constantly. Very annoying. Lobby and hallways not air-conditioned. It was hot and sticky. Pool room needed a paint job. The ceiling was quite rusted. The pool also needed to be cleaned.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, so should somewhat expect the results. For a basic hotel, it was fine...sheets were clean, room was clean, however, was advertised free wi-fi, however, when I hooked up my computer, the signal was so weak, I was unable to access the internet. Room advertised hair dryers....ours would not work....coffee pot in room, but no coffee outside of decaf....very disappointed in the pool...room was hot...pool was clean, but in desperate need of repair...ceiling of the room was covered in rust. Probably would not stay again...

The carpet was stained everywhere and had cigarette burns all over it. The lobby and outside of the building didn't even have a decent paint job! We asked to switch rooms due to the stale, smokey nasty smell. The other two rooms we tried were just as bad and we were told that those were their best rooms! Luckily, Travel website got us a refund when we called and complained so we switched to the President Abraham Lincoln hotel 5 miles away. For only $* more we got a beautiful room at a 4 star hotel!

The room was nice and other then the smoke detecter going off a few times during breakfast (someone i think was burning toast) it was a semi-enjoyable time. The breakfast was not what the site said it was going to be, it was only cereal and english muffins. The desk staff seemed to be somewhat knowlegable of service dog laws, so that was good. The location to the highway was very nice and their was places to eat all around the hotel within walking distance.
