This room was a HUGE disappointment. My son and I had just come off the Disney cruise and were staying in Orlando for a couple days. We walked in the room and the musty smell stopped me in my tracks. There were little microscopic bugs covering the kitchen counter and in the coffee pot. Needless to say, I never made coffee. The refrigerator made my leftovers taste like rotten liver. The carpet was soiled and stained. I went to open the sliding glass door to the balcony to air out the musty smell and the blinds wouldn't open. Had to fight to get them open enough to walk on the balcony. When I went to open the door, I realized it was unlocked but that's because the door doesn't lock at all. Luckily we weren't on the first floor or I would have felt even more unsafe. But with a 4-year-old, having an unlockable door is SCARY. Got the room aired out a little and laid on the bed and felt springs jabbing me in the side. I sat on the couch and the cushions were so old and worn that you could feel the couch frame under you. And sleeping in the bed is absolutely impossible. I tossed and turned all night trying to keep the springs from injuring me, and I woke up incredibly sore. Not to mention that the second morning when I woke up in that bed, I found the same microscopic bugs that you see in the kitchen. I am so glad we only stayed two nights and we will NEVER stay again.

Hotel is very old and worn out. Paint is chipping from the ceilings and the room was very dirty and dusty. The beds were not at all comfortable, wore out as well. The sheets were very old and thin. Not a hotel we would stay in again. The poorest hotel so far from Travel website, we were so disappointed, but thankful that we weren't going to be in the room all day. The room was not even close to our standards. We were also charged double for the hotel van to the Magic Kingdom and the Epcot center. NOTE: Use Mears shuttle service for the best there is at half the price. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

09/13/2009The furniture in the hotel was very old and the room smells terrible. bed was very uncomfortable. pool was good but that was it. continental breakfast was terrible.

I'm stunned and confused to how and why this place gets any good review here. Either hotel workers are posting reviews or some people really don't mind such poor conditions. The only positives first: The outside grounds are nice, nice pools. Friendly staff -not their fault the place is gross-- and good location. Very Close to international drive. The bad: 1st room we saw reeked of smoke. Considering it was a non smoking room = bad. Carpet was torn and stained. Stain on the mattress. 2nd room was equal or possibly worse. The couch in room was ripped/torn up completely which made it 2 colors, lol. We had to use one of the blankets to cover the couch completely just to sit down. The bed, you can feel the springs in the mattress. 1st night toilet kept running. Called maintenance. They were prompt and had it fixed with in the hour. We spent most of our day at the parks but at night you want to come back to the hotel to relax and get a good night sleep. Yes, it was cheap. Even so, you still feel cheated and grossed out in this place. Save your money and grief. Go to a different hotel. Plenty other places available. Internet is not free. Located in the reception lobby and only 1 computer.

The above hotel was an excellent choice we made. Me and my boys loved the roomy room. They had 2 outdoor pool with jacuzzi and 1 indoor pool with jacuzzi. We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi the most when it was raning outside. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. We also like the continental breakfast that was free. The room cleanliness could be better but it's definetly not Motel 6 (NO BUGS). The price we found online was a GREAT find and the staff and service made it a BARGAIN find. Would definetly come back to visit when in the area again.
