This place was awesome...for the money it was really unbelievable!. Hot breakfast included..WOW! Close to everything. Resteraunt at the corner, Fish Bones, was a bit pricey but it had a great atmosphere and the food was awesome.

Stayed 7 days/6 nights. When I first arrived I was under the impressoin from the online travel website site and my reservation that ALL rooms came with a kitchenette. As I checked in I was immediately told that the room reserved does not have a kitchen area! I told them I was disappointed and was under the distinct impression that I booked a suite with a kichenette. The receptionist was very nice and said she would take care of it for me and gave me a beautiful room with a kitchen area (suite, as I originally booked). Oddly, I noticed a few days later while standing near the front desk, another person incurred the same problem. So be wary of the room you book and what they actually try to put you in. Otherwise hotel was clean, staff friendly, pool perfect, breakfast buffet was great, as was the reception in the late afternoon. Location was perfect. Would definitely go back!

We stayed here in Feb. 2009. We had 4 adults and the room was nice and large. We didn't feel crammed in. Nice kitchenette with reasonable amount of utensils and supplies to get us by for 5 days. We really enjoyed the free happy hour: Bud, Bud Light, red or white wine. Chips and dip or pretzels. Wasn't special, but didn't cost us anything. Pool was very nice and clean, as was the spa -- both of which we used. Great gas grills too. We bought some shrimp and steaks at the nearby Publix grocery store and grilled on the barbie (while we were gettiing free drinks from the happy hour!). The grills were connected to underground gas and had grill cleaners provided. Beds were comfy and nicely modern decor. The sink was separate from the toilet/shower so one person didn't manipulate the whole bathroom at once. Breakfast was good and included the basics: scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, juice, fruit. We took our breakfast to the patio each morning to avoid all the people inside. Staff was friendly. There's a decent laundry facility on the 4th flr and a business center where you can only print boarding passes free (otherwise there's a fee to web surf). Loved that feature because it kept kids from being on the computer for hours. Staff was very friendly and accomodated all my requests for extra towels, extra dishwasher soap, and directions. Never seemed annoyed or anything other than pleasant. Location is just 1 block from I-Drive, but do we warned that the turn onto the main street can be difficult because there's no light (they should put one in to make left turns not just easier, but possible!). Can't think of anything else bad.

After a much delayed flight and trying to find the hotel at 2am we were greeted by a friendly night manager that helped us in to our room. Kudos for the staff...all were eager to assist me with any questions or needs. Breakfast was great, hot, tasty and constantly being taken care of by the staff. Location was very good...very close to Universal and would recomend it to all going there but also convient to Disney's properties, dining and stores such as walmart. Overall I would give it a 9 out of ten for the type class and price range. As far as price, I say its worth every penny if you want a safe, clean and attractive place to stay. I plan to stay here or another of their properties this summer.

We were worried about the hotel, considering the great price. This was our 1st time using th online company. We were pleasantly surprised . Our room was above and beyond our expectations. The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. The front desk was always smiling and happy to greet us coming or going from the hotel. We had the suite and the kitchen area was big and convenient. We would gladly use this hotel and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to my online company and Hawthorn suites.
