our stay a the horizon was very disappointing they advertise as a hotel an casino,well let it be said that it is far from that. there was only one resturant open in the whole place, and about 30 slot machines no comp cards no casheirs on duty half the time. room was very nice, was not the clean as it should have, had to call three different timesjust to get clean towels, the elaveters smelled very badly, there alot more i could say but i would not stay there again ,an i would not recommed it to anyone

We stayed here over labor day weekend. This hotel is not somewhere I would recommend. The rooms are OK but there are no other services. The casino has been decimated. There are no table games, no poker, no sportsbook, no keno and NO ROOM SERVICE!!!! There are a smattering of slot machines so spread out in the huge sqare footage of what this place used to be ( a full, lively casino) that there are tumbleweeds blowing through the place. Go elsewhere for your lake tahoe casino experience.

The hotel was harder to find then I had expected. Upon arriving they did not have the requested King bed and gave me 2 doubles. Overall the room was ok. I was not as impressed with this hotel as others I have stayed at. The most disappointing was that they charged for the internet at 10.99 a day. As I do alot of business even on vacations this was the most disappointing. The TV in the room also was very small compared to other hotels I have been at. The immenities were so so as well. I recommend this hotel only due to the extreme costs of some others in this area.
