  I chose this hotel for there close proximity to Arlington Convention Center and also because in the online review it stated that it was on the trolley line so I would not have to drive in Arlington. When I arrived the room still had the last guests towels hanging behind the bathroom door, the bed was made with a blanket with several large cigarette burns (I had requested a non-smoking room) and the overall cleanliness of the room was not good. No trolley was available to the Convention Center but the hotel did have a courtesy shuttle. The first morning I took this I arrived in a timely manner at my destination and then in the afternoon I called the hotel to return there. I waited 45 minutes and no van so I finally began walking toward my hotel approx. 2 miles away and on the other side of I-30 under construction. I got approx. half way there but could not cross the construction areas so I again called the hotel and the told me it would be another 30 min. before I could be picked up. I waited a total of 1 1/2 hours to get back to my room in 97F heat.
