  The desk manager did everything she could to make us comfortable, includling upgrading us to a junior suite when we discovered a leak in our ceiling (presumably caused by the AC). We were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was wonderful!! We were in town for a tour of UM and enjoyed the location of this hotel, right next to the mall, and not far, short driving distance to the U of M. We will stay here again!!!

  Have stayed here on several overnight trips to ann arbor. rooms are always very clean. nice ammentites, without being overpriced.

  Great hotel; great staff; nice amenities including breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Hotel is designed very well and is safe. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fantastic for a family of four. I have no complaints about this hotel and plan to make it my hotel of choice for any upcoming business meetings to Ann Arbor. Oh and the one complaint... there could have been some spare blankets in the closet, but that's such an inconsequential thing except when you're cold at night.

  I stayed here for a u of m orientation and it was perfect. great location, plenty of safe parking, restaurants within walking distance or short drive, and very quiet. breakfast ...

  I stayed here for a U of M orientation and it was perfect. Great location, plenty of safe parking, restaurants within walking distance or short drive, and VERY quiet. Breakfast and ""happy hour"" (included) make this a great value!
