Being right at the airport makes it the ideal location to stay over night and then catch that early plane the next morning, however the rooms are overpriced and rather small. The noise from inside the hotel was bothersome on one of our visits. Food in the dining room is good but a little pricey. Beds are OK but no king beds.

Yes, I'm serious. My husband was here on a business trip for 3 nights and after his first night of being there he arrived back for his second night and they had checked him out and all of his stuff that was left in his room was not to be seen. HIs $1000 Peacoat that I saved up to buy him for Christamas last year, $100 pair of nice jeans, his $120 sonicare toothbrush, his whole toiletry bag, gone. They of course are questioning him about it and reviewing cameras to make sure he didn't actually walk out with the things he's saying were taken. But talk about an inconvenience. Especially in the middle of a business trip. They have not been very accomodating with this situation. Not at all. So I would say that this hotel doesn't understand the term customer service. They did put my husband in a bigger room for the remaining two nights which from what he says are a night and day difference of the standard room.
