This place is incredible!!! you cant beat the price and the location! We are in Orange County OFTEN and have stayed in other hotels when we haven't paid for them because of business! BUT this place is our favorite!!! People might complain about the parking fee of $* but if they want they can go a few blocks away and pay as much as $*! The place is extremely clean! and the rooms are great size with many commodities! The continental breakast is simple but it beats the NOTHING that you get when you stay at the more expensive hotels a few blocks away too! And in those hotels (4*) we have found dirty rooms, no hot water, and extremely poor service where they check you in and out and "process" you instead of actually caring about you like they do here!!! The place is in a decent location being only blocks away from Disneyland, Angles stadium, Knotts Berry Farm, and Anaheim's Garden walk and convention center! If you want to save money, have fun with a great staff and enjoy your stay---stay here! Just remember this when you stay here or anywhere.... that people tend to be more friendly when you are to them! We know most of the staff by name and they know us by name too! That comes from being friendly! Go to Peacock and enjoy it! sit out on the balony in the morning and have a light breakfast and then go have some fun at Disney! Enjoy the area----WE DO!!!!!

Aug 2009 travelled with 2 young children, having 2 rooms ( 2 tv's) gave grandpa a place to escape after a long day at disney. Staff was friendly and room clean. Did'nt offer much for amenities but we were their for Disneyland. Shuttle picks you up in front of hotel (get your passes as soon as you arrive, cheaper that way) Buy case of bottled water at store next door and put in Frig/freezer for disneyland (pay 3.50 ea.their) J. Abbotsford B.C.

The stay at the hotel was good. Customer service was great. The hotel room that we stayed in was well maintained. Because of the great customer service and cleanliness of the hotel room, I expected that breakfast would be a little better. I expected that since the customer service and cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast would be just as good. I thought whatever was provided for breakfast was cheap. :(

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the two beds were comfortable. The sleeper sofa had a bow in the middle but was servicable, espicially after spending all day at Disneyland. It was nice having two roooms with tv's. Also their was a fridge and microwave. With a convenience store about a block away we were able to have a few snacks around so we didn't have to go out. The location was great because it was away from the park but not so far that you couldn't walk. Also very convenient to Gardenwalk that has some nice places to eat. The pool area had two hot tubs and was well kept. The pool is not very large but was big enough for my daughter to play in. You are required to use valet parking but when we called down before leaving the room we never had to wait. The fee was $8 per day for parking. We did receive one call wanting to know if we wanted to go to a presentation on their time share option. We politely turned them down and did not receive another request. The included breakfast was nothing special, some donuts, toast and cereal basically.
