Room was clean, internet service was easy and extremely fast. Staff was courteous and helpful in locating restaurants and golf courses in the area. Breakfast choices were minimal, but not being a breakfast eater, it was more than sufficient.

We reserved 2 rooms and both were dumps! I wouldn't even bathe my children in the one bathtub. Both rooms were filthy. A thick layer of dust fell from the curtains when we tried to close them (but they weren't even hung properly); the caulking around the toilet base was peeled away; there was mold on the shower curtain. The television didn't work in one room and was reported to the front desk. No one came by to check on it, and the manager didn't seem to care when it was reported again during check out. My suggestion would be if this is the only available hotel left - KEEP DRIVING! We'll never stay there again under the current management.

Check in was a disaster - after driving from FL to MI for 18 hours we expected to check in to our room and relax for the evening. The 1st room they assigned to us smelled of mold. We went back to the front desk to tell them and they apologized and informed us they rented out that room by mistake. It turns out a water pipe had busted the day before. They assigned a new room to us. The 2nd room they assigned to us was already rented out to someone else. We found this out by walking into a room already occupied by someone! Again we went back to the front desk to inform them of there mistake. The 3rd room they rented to us was the room we ended up staying in. It was dirty, but we were so tired we took it anyway.
