  I was there during the crankworks biking event in the summer and even though it was crowed it was still really nice. The spa was packed though, but it is one of he biggest events in whistler so it was expected. The quality of the hotel was nice and the people out front where a real help.

  This is an too expensive a hotel to be overwhelmed by a finacial services conference of which it was during my stay. The spa was booked solid which was upsetting and it was very hard to get dinner reservations through the concierge desk.

  Overall, i enjoyed the hotel. but, our bathroom had mold around the shower and there were some small holes in the curtains. unfortunately, the bar was closed during our stay. ...

  Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. But, our bathroom had mold around the shower and there were some small holes in the curtains. Unfortunately, the bar was closed during our stay. The room service messed up our order and even after we called we still didn't get everything we ordered.
