Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The room was definitely no frills, but clean & nicely decorated. It was definitely better than expected for the price. I would recommend it to someone and stay there again. Great for the overnight before catching a flight out of the Cities.

It looks as if this motel has been renovated - new carpeting in the room and in the hall. Quiet room. We had choice of a bathtub or shower and chose the shower - good choice. The bathroom has been remodeled and really looked good and was super clean. Seemed like limited TV channels, but maybe I am spoiled with my Dish TV. A number of airline pilots and steward/stewardesses where staying there and seemed happy with it. Had a shuttle to airport and Mall of America. Breakfast included make it yourself waffles, cold cereal, toast, some sort of small pastries, cold boiled eggs and apple for fruit. Desk staff were courteous and seemed overworked with only one on duty. We would choose this motel for our next trip to the cities. Coming from the east, it was easy to miss the street in to the motel as it is close to the exit ramp - motel is located behind the Culver's resturant and is rather hidden, but it does keep down the traffic noise.

We were greeted by very nice people when we arrived. We were given 2 connecting rooms, they were very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, slept great. The only complaint we had was after the first night one room was cleaned and the other wasn't, at all. We had to call the front desk to get clean towels, when we asked why the room wasn't cleaned they just said, "" Oh, some people don't like their rooms cleaned when they stay 2 nights."" We were not impressed with that.

Checking was fine...but it wasn't until then that I was informed of some sort of construction. Even then I wasn't given a clear description..just that "they would be working on that side of the parking lot" ?? Later in the week I had a knock on my door...it was some construction men asking if they could replace the dresser in my room...um okay?? Then each time I called down to the front desk (which I had to do numerous times) no one answered so I had to walk all the way down to the desk from the second floor because there were no elevators. We had received a call that I had left my credit card down there..which I hadn't...and when I went down to tell the clerk that I hadn't she told me she never called...again okay? I didn't know it was appropriate to call the guest a liar. And when I went down again for something else the same woman acted as if I was bothering her and she told me that she was swamped when I was the only person down there at the time. One day I had called for extra towels and a new bed sheet because a child had gotten sick and was told they would get someone up to my room. Two hours later...I had to seek out a housekeeper and get it from her. Many times we had to go and get our own towels and toilet paper, etc. The door did not shut tight...it had to be fully locked to get it to shut tightly....all in all I would say this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

I was a little worried about booking this hotel after reading the other reviews but it was in great condition, clean, confortable. Near the airport and Mall of America. It was easy to find it, especially to someone who had never been to Minesota. If I decide to go back to Minesota I'll stay here.
