  I hated this hotel, thats right, hated it, I have never in my life felt so unwelcomed to a hotel, the staff was on their cell phones upon my check in, the carpet is old and dingy and when i asked to speak with the manager I was promised i would get a call first thing in the morning and it never happened, I came down to the front desk and was told the manager was busy. The breakfast had stale cereal and milk and cost about 10 dollars. The Matresses were horrible, I might as well have slept on a hay stack, i tossed and turned the whole night, then moved to the lounge chair in the room with the pillow to finally get some sleep, the tiles were cracked in the bathroom floor, and the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them, I could barely get my luggage up the stairs when i was told the elevators were out of order

  I would not recommend this hotel. It is currently being upgraded. My stay was for four days and I was originally booked into one of the room that has not renovated. In that room there was duck tape holding molding onto the wall and windows. The furniture was extremely worn. The room had an order of smoke and I had requested a non-smoking room.
  
  I requested a new room and was initially told no. With additional complaints my room was changed.
  
  The new room was satisfactory.
  
  The pillows were very uncomfortable. The water was at best tepid, not hot, when you took a shower.
  
  I would consider this a very poor value for the money and would have moved to the Marriott or another hotel had it not been for the fact that I had other friends staying at the same hotel. My disappointment with the accommodations is the reason I am writing this review.
