I was in town for the Women of Faith conference along with 15000 other women. I made my reservation only the night before attending. At the time of making my reservation, I asked about the valet fees and was told that it was $30 per day. Imagine my surprise when I was only charged for one night on my bill! Since I arrived before the check-in time, I asked if they had somewhere that they could store my luggage, and they informed me that I could go ahead and check into my room early - at 9 a.m.! Everyone I encountered was super friendly from the check-in to the maid service to the valet. Rooms couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. All I had to do was walk across the food court to get directly into Phillips Arena - didn't even have to go outside in the rain. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if I had an event at Phillips!

The Omni Hotel at CNN Center is an excellent full-service hotel next to the Georgia World Congress Center where I attended a convention. This hotel runs like a fine-tuned engine with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Room quality, cleanliness and service are impeccable. Restaurant is fabulous. Front desk personnel, concierge, housekeeping, and business center staff were all friendly, professional in apprearance, well-trained, and accommodating. My every need was anticipated! Thank you for a great stay!

I was so excited to stay here after reading other posted reviews... but I was sorely dissappointed. We stayed for my daughter's 3rd birthday and were pleased with the location - as it is practically next door to everything we wanted to see. The hotel however was a disaster! We needed a refrigerator for our room due to my daughter's medication condition. I confirmed three times that they would have a fridge available. Not only was it not available when we arrived in our room, but it wasn't available even after we called the first time and left for a few hours. We had to call again to finally get them to deliver it. Add in the wait for it to get cold, it was close to 10 hours before we had a functional fridge. The Omni chain also taughts being kid friendly. This one wasn't! Escalators and stairs everywhere which made using a stroller incredibly difficult. We also never received the kids package they advertise, with no mention of it either. We felt like the whole trip was full of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand was doing. We had flowers delivered which arrived prior to our check in. They were placed in our room... which was 80 degrees! The flowers were looking wilted by the time we got to our room. The room was dirty with torn and stained carpet. Even the comforter had a tear. My daughter even found peanut shells under the edge of the bed. The cable service is also horrible - forget HD TV! We will absolutely NEVER stay here again!

The Staff is Great! Love the Southern Hospitality. Centrally located with several attractions within walking distance. Near the MARTA. Our room overlooked Centenial Park and the Atlanta Skyline, and that was definitely a plus. Did I say that the Staff is Great!!! This is a family friendly hotel. We will definitely stay at the Omni CNN Center again.
