  First time in Colorado with my family and It was a great hotel. I have stayed at other Hilton Hotels in Carlsbad, CA and Las Vegas, NV and all have been great, this one in particular. The staff was GREAT and very HELPFUL. They helped us with all of our needs and question. Room were in excellent condition and very quiet. Granted it was a slow day for them (they were only at 30% capacity). Always in a cheery mood was the front desk ( I wish I had gotten their name to thank them here). When the printer stopped working in the business room ( I was printing my plane tickets), they did not hesistate to let me use the one at the front desk. If we are in colorado springs again or anywhere near, I will definitely stay here again.

  The hotel is convenient to shopping, I-25, etc., but I did not particularly enjoy my stay. This hotel BY FAR had the most uncomfortable beds/pillows ever. I stayed for three nights and failed to sleep well during my entire stay. The carpets in the hotel common areas are dirty, used room service trays sat in the hallway near my room for at least two days, and the sounds from running water/flushing toilets were entirely too noticeable in my room. Bad parking, too. I am a Hilton Honors member and prefer Hilton properties, but I would not reccomend this hotel.

  The hotel was not maintained at the best level. Carpet in the hallway was showing age. Staff was inattentive. A gift basket sent by friends was misdelivered and if they had not asked we would not have known. It showed up 24 hours late. Rooms are tiny. Two double beds really filled the space. Beds very soft providing little support.
