I have stayed in this hotel on numberous occations during the late summer and into the fall. Hotel cleanliness was outstanding. Conditions of multiple rooms was consistant with each stay. When staying in this area this hotel is my first choice in price for a short stay and for being very clean with a secure in setting. Hotel staff has always bent over backwards to please me on every stay. Value for the price is a plus all the way around. There are some minor problems with the wireless service, however, if you let the staff know you are gonna be using your computer they will do their best to accomodate you. The all-around view of this place is maintained very professionally by a very well trained staff.

I was with a group of four and had booked 2 rooms for four nights. One room was OK but the other was absolutely dreadful. The odor inside was something that reminded me of my Grandpa's basement. The musty smell hung over everything and mold had begun to form on the air conditioning unit screen. Everything in the room, including the carpet was damp. I asked for a new room but none was available for two nights. It was the worst two-day stay in a hotel that I can remember, but the friendly staff worked to find us a new room which was much better. More detail needs to be taken about cleaning the rooms. I found used underwear in one of the dresser drawers and a considerable amount of dust had formed around the furniture. I wouldn't even consider using the nasty looking dishes. Overall, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional but the cleaning crew could use a major reoccuring training. The great location and proximity to resturants and shopping helped to make our stay satisfactory.
