I made my reservations through Travel online and informed them I would be a late check in (3-330AM) I even called the hotel and told them I would be a late check in. My family and I arrived at 3:15AM. I was informed they had cancelled my reservation. The clerk said they are now booked, ofcourse I was upset. I said put me in a room. She did find one after 45 minutes. It's now 4AM and I take my family to the room and PEOPLE ARE IN IT asleep. How could this happen!!!! I went back and she put us in another room. Crazy!! I woke up 4 hours later to find my bathroom was awful. I turn my lap top on and no internet service. I called the front desk and asked where was the Wi Fi and she said you are staying in a room that is to far from the service. Crazy!! So at check out I asked what happened and the lady said the girl last night was looking at Saturdays reservations not Friday and she also never looked at the computer. I would never put my family through this again, at 315AM my family had to wait in a parking lot of a hotel in Gainesville for 45 minutes with no security. Not only would I not stay here again but I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT, THE STAFF WERE VERY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY NICE, THE GROUNDS WERE VERY NICELY LANDSCAPED AND THE POOL WAS AWESOME! I TRAVEL TO GAINESVILLE SEVERAL TIMES A MONTH AND WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!
