We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we travel through the Miami airport. Service was excellent and friendly from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk. The bed was very comfortable which is a must for us and the room very clean. Wireless was complimentary. We have stopped staying at high priced hotels which nickel and dime you on things that should be included. The only area we thought could use a little help is the hot section of the complimentary breakfast.

It was a very pleasant stay, even if it was only for one night. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful and staff ready to serve. There were lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Every thing was very clean. Security was good in that you had to have your room key to use the elevator to the guest rooms. The room had an iron and ironing board and coffee maker even though free coffee was available in the lounge. The pool was just right for a dip after breakfast followed by a few relaxing moments in the hot tub. Just what I needed to prepare for the long trip home.

VERY WELL LOCATED , NEAR EVERYTHING , CLOSE TO MAJOR HIGHWAYS NICE ROOMS , VERY CLEAN BATHROOM THE BEST THING IS IT`S PEOPLE . ALWAYS THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM , VERY USEFUL AND KIND THERE IS AN SMALL MALL ACROSS THE STREET , WITH EVERYHTING INCLUDING A SUPERMARKET , GAS STATION , CVS PHARMACY , WALGREENS , OFFICE DEPOT STORE CHINESE,ITALIAN AND CUBAN FOOD . This is probably one of the best Hamptons I have stayed in. It was very clean, well lit, and the parking was secure. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room, including windows overlooking the city, were clean!

First time staying @ a Hampton Inn & Suites & we were very satisfied. The staff was very courteous & helpful, the hotel was clean & spacious and breakfast was fantastic! We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable for 5 people. You could here a little noise from neighbors now & then but was not a big deal. Great location-15 minutes from everything!
