  We traveled to London in route to Paris and stayed at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant but sometimes had difficulty understanding my Southern speach. Rooms were extremely small on comparison to US rooms but standard size on European standards. Had a lot of ammenties with the room. ie..hair drier, safe, iron, bar in room, but best of all was free wireless internet. The only meal we ate at the hotel was breakfast one day. The food was very good, however prices at the top floor resterant were actually "Out the Roof". Check the prices before you eat there. Hotel is in a perfect location to explore London. Within walking distance to most attractions and very close to the underground station at Oxford Circus. Hotel is in a very safe location. If we travel back to London, we will stay here again.

  The location is good - close to tube, many restaurants, busy area. but, amenities need improvement. no robe, shampoo but no conditioner, no iron in room, no cable, no movies, no ...

  The location is good - close to Tube, many restaurants, busy area. But, amenities need improvement. No robe, shampoo but no conditioner, no iron in room, no cable, no movies, no literature on local attractions but plenty of hotel chain advertising. Clean and quiet, though. Not for business traveler, too small for family vacation. Perfect for students/singles.
