  Traveling to New York from Florida and always choose Florence as my "mini-break" point as I am a frequent travler. Decided to stop here and couldn't be more delighted with the overall service. The staff at the front desk were the most pleasant during check-in. Got the extras I wanted without a problem. Stopped by the restaurant in the lobby area before going to the room and have to say the food was delicious. Then decided to grab a quick cocktail at the bar and the bartendor was amazing and was on point with her service. Finally got to the room and couldn't be more surprized for what I got for the value, I mean the room was actually really nice, clean and well maintained. For the price you just can't beat it. I will definetly be returning.

  Saved by the angel at the front desk the rooms we paid $169.00 each . the mattresses and sheets had burn holes. filthy!!!! the walls were peeling. a nightmare at ...

  Saved by the Angel At the Front Desk The rooms we paid $169.00 each . The mattresses and sheets had burn holes. Filthy!!!! The walls were peeling. A nightmare at a 1am check in. My sister was sick from the smell of her room, Luckily the manager that night was a SAINT and she and her daughter helped move my elderly mother to a clean room.

  Traveling with a couple of friends and witnessed great service from the hotel to the restaurant. Had a blast @ the bar, sung a song or two with my girls during Kareokee night. Thinking about stopping there again.
