  If you do not speak much VN, this is a great place. Not only does the hotel staff speak English, but the place is exquisite! Do yourself a favor, and spring for the Continental Club on the top floors. Free breakfast every morning, free drinks in the evening, free computer use and free laundry service. WELL worth it. The other great amenity here is the fact that you can tell the staff what you would like to do, and they will give you very clear directions and direct the taxi accordingly. I've stayed here five times and have NEVER been disappointed.

  I have stayed at this hotel twice and let the staff 'upsell' me twice. they throw in extra benefits with the upsell. the continental club floor is exquisite... and not ...

  I have stayed at this hotel twice and let the staff 'upsell' me twice. They throw in extra benefits with the upsell. The Continental Club floor is exquisite... and not too expensive.
