We stayed for two nights and then returned two days later for an additional night. We arrived late that night,and the owners had turned on the lights and AC in our room - a very nice welcome! I loved the triple-sheeted beds - that's a sure sign of a well-run inn. We'll definitely stay there again. PS - we stayed in 2 different rooms and there was absolutely NO MOLD! The rooms were immaculate.

We stayed here Summer of 08. It is by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever been in. Our first room stunk so much of mold and BO that we requested another room I felt like bugs were crawling on me all night. The hotel staff was rude and would not give us the discount we were quoted over the phone. They make it sound like there is a nice view. Unfortunately there is a loud highway in the foreground that takes away from any serene ""view"".

We come to Glenwood all the time and stay at Americas Best Value Inn. We find the new owners to be family oriented, friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeble about the area. The rooms are very clean and extremely afordable. Glenwood is a great place to visit, and this is the best place to stay.

We were scheduled to stay here when a terrible snow storm hit our area. The first 40 miles after leaving our home we saw at least 10 cars in the ditch and several accidents. Called hotel and was advised that since the interstate where they were at was not closed, they were going to charge us for the room. The manager advised me that I was choosing to be charged for the room because of my "comfort level" in driving in inclimate weather. Ultimately, I found out the interstate near them had been closed due to a severe weather related accident but they charged us anyway. These people are terrible to deal with! I can't stress enough, SKIP THIS HOTEL. You might pay a few bucks more somewhere else, but this company does not deserve your business!!!

My husband and I were pleased to find America's Best Value Inn in Glenwood as reported in reviews we read online. The staff was friendly and cheerfully gave us several tips on restaurants and activities during our six night stay. Our King room was large, quiet, comfortable and was kept very clean. I have back problems, but the bed was very comfortable. The location was minutes from just about everything of interest in Glenwood especially the pool! If we return to Glenwood, we will stay here again.
