The staff at the front desk the day I checked in were talking about a person that was fired and the blonde lady was doing the most tatking and the young girl was listening . I do not want to hear this kind of gossip when I am coming to have a great weekend with my friends. I think management should screen who get the front desk job. I know blonde lady knows that I was not impressed with her.

Come here for music festival Lady with the red hair at the desk very helpful and gave us a lovely spot for lunch and gave us direction to the mall. She was a delight to talk too. Breakfast in the morning was nice but busy. We will come back next year and hope to see the great staff they have there. The manager should be proud of the girls that work there.

My partner and I decided to come to Palm Springs area and looked for a hotel that we could afford. Great rates and a wonderful staff. The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up in the morning. The staff here are very nice and know everything about the area. Since we have not been to Palm Springs we had lots of questions. Breakfast was great. The weather is excellent. Great room for the price. Had a wonderful time and planning another trip to this area . We did not have enough time to see everything we wanted to see. We will be staying again Kathy thank you for you kindness.

We came from BC to visit friends from the desert. Very comfortable stay. Staff very kind, red head lady was very helpful with getting us in early and she knew a good lunch spot. Had a wonderful stay . Owner should be very proud of his staff.
