  When my daughter arrived, the hotel was overbooked. they sent her to another sister property that was in a better location for site seeing. they sent her via taxi with ...

  When my daughter arrived, the hotel was overbooked. They sent her to another sister property that was in a better location for site seeing. They sent her via taxi with no charge. Also she had a pick up service schedule for this property and we were worried that it would not get changed over. They took care of it all!

  I found the hotel to clean, central to the area I wanted and the staff was helpful to me, a first time visitor their city. They gave me tips on how to best spend my time to enjoy it all. I plan on going back to London in the Spring of '09 and plan on staying there again.

  I stayed for nine days in the month of june. i decided on this hotel because it had a/c and it was next door to my daughter's university. ...

  I stayed for nine days in the month of June. I decided on this hotel because it had A/C and it was next door to my daughter's university. I was moved twice because of A/C problems. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are wanting A/C. My stay was unbearable and miserable. My sinuses flared up which made my stay worse.
