• Greatest Mattress Ever... In Really Nice Hotel

  We were in columbus for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for our short stay... the staff was very friendly on check-in and the valet staff was helpful ...

  We were in Columbus for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for our short stay... The staff was very friendly on check-in and the valet staff was helpful all weekend, despite being very busy. The location is also great... just about 10 minutes from the airport and close to the capitol building and other downtown sites. It is in a business area, so some of the restaurants and fast-food places were closed on the weekend... However, there were some places open, including the ""Tip Top"" bar, just around the corner (try the sweet potato fries!). It is also about a five minute drive to ""Short North"", a great area with yummy restaurants and fun bars. The room was great... very clean with a VERY comfortable bed (half a dozen pillows and a cozy down comforter). There was also a nice, big chair for reading or TV watching. The bar inside the hotel was nice and open late on the weekends...drinks were reasonable when compared to other hotel bars we've been to. All in all... a great place to stay if you're heading to Columbus (...and did I mention the bed?)

  The staff from the bellman to the security guard were extremely courteous and helpful. we could not have asked for better service. the baths were small, but otherwise the rooms ...

  The staff from the Bellman to the Security Guard were extremely courteous and helpful. We could not have asked for better service. The baths were small, but otherwise the rooms were nice.

  I asked for a king bed and on lowest floor possible. i got neither...said they were booked up and both werent avalible. they were remodeling, and the restraunt was ...

  I asked for a king bed and on lowest floor possible. I got neither...said they were booked up and both werent avalible. They were remodeling, and the restraunt was a mess. Will not go back.

  I travel often on business and was expecting another nice but boring hotel. Wrong. The recently-remodeled rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant are fresh and very stylish (ultra-modern furniture in the rooms, for instance). In a word, the hotel it very ""hip."" Room service was excellent, as was the restaurant.
