Our room was dirty. Mold in the shower. Carpet was stained. The room had a horrible "old" smell to it. The elevator was extremely slow. The pool was closed for most of our stay and the weather was hot. We will never stay here again!!

Would stay again.The moment we walked in felt welcomed! The Hotel Representative was very polite and helpful. Outside our patio door was the beautiful trees and river: people walking, biking and jogging, misc. along the blacktop pathway. Housekeeping was very helpful and our suite had a fridge and microwave. Amenities in the ""Welcome Area"" were great (24/7)!! Fresh Red or Green Apples, Bagged ole time Popcorn for watching movies or tv, cookies, and a Coffee, Mocha, misc., Machine. The use of the computer was wonderful, especially for locating places to see while in Idaho. If you chose to bring your own computer internet service was free. Truly nice to have a guest Laundry Room and open 8:00 am thru 10:00pm. Our Suite was spacious, the usage of the iron and ironing board came in handy. The hospitality room for compilmentary breakfast included Cold & Hot ceral, juices, milk , coffee & tea. yogurt, bagels, waffles, omelets. It was opened til 10:00 am during the week and 11:00 am on the weekends. My Daughter & I enjoyed the sauna ,indoor pool ,hot tub & exercise room. The service we received from the front desk and room service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and it does show its age, but for the price and the location it was great. Already planning my next visit to Boise.

The employees here were excellent but the hotel room left much to be desired. Comforters were stained along with the lampshade, tub, showerhead, etc.... Rooms were noisy and could hear people talking normaly in the next room.

Nothing fancy by any strectch. "Continental breakfast" consisted of some cookies, a basket of small oranges, and bad coffee in styrofoam cups. But it seemed clean enough, was cheap, and served well enough as a place to stop for the night on the way to someplace else.

I started feeling remarkably unwell checkout day, and the helpful staff gave me a late checkout, and the shuttle to airport was effortless. with out which I would have been most uncomfortable. It was just that stuff that was going around, but it made all the difference to be able to wait a couple hours for my flight, in comfort. However, I did not know about the pool and sauna until I was checking out. Maybe printed material more noticeable in the room. Next time. impression modest at first site but the experience was quite satisfactory. Thanks.
