This place took my breath away from the moment we got there. The grounds are beautiful, I loved having a hammock on my balcony. The food is great! The staff are wonderful as well...I really can't say enough good things about this resort!

Really a couples resort, but if you want to take a girls trip or family trip you can still have a good time here. My Aunt and I took a girls trip but we were never made to feel uncomfortable around all the couples. There was also a senior mother and her adult son there and several other groups of friends on a girls weekend. I was surprised. Everything at this resort was above and beyond. The staff were there for your every desire. The food was great and you had so many choices you were bound to find something you like if you were the least bit picky. There were activities abound. You can never get bored. I enjoyed it so much that my family plans to return for the Xmas holidays since you will be able to have minors on the South side at that point.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The only thing I would complain about is some of the hasteling to buy into their vacation packages. But if you refuse to go to the breakfast "events" where they do their sales pitch, they do leave you alone. The hotel was clean, friendly, entertaining and romantic. The food was perfect and the booze was very high quality. Wine isn't great but other than that drinks were amazing. I would recommend to anyone. Make sure you have prearranged transportation to the hotel from the airport!!!! They will rip you off if you take a cab.

Aventura Spa is the most beautiful resort in mexico! The staff are some of the nicest people on earth. My wife and i spent 6 nights here for our honeymoon and plan to go back every year. They include so many amenities and trips it is unreal. If you get bored here you're not human. Just the fact that you can go somewhere and not have kids screaming around you is amazing itself. We had a couples massage and it was excellent, and I don't do massages. You can sit by the many pools with bars everywhere or go out and sight see without taking your wallet! Swim with dolphins (amazing) tour Tulum (Excellent) parasail at sunset (WOW). paryt at club, meet new friends and return with them here. and OH YEH! Adults only!! We highly recomend this resort you will not be let down.

We stayed last November 2007, the resort looked like it had alot to offer but alot of the resort was not operating many closed off areas. The rooms were very high end and we did contact the resort during our stay and after we got back by letter about our dissatisfacton in the half operational resort and not much to do after 10 o'clock. For the price we paid for the trip and the fact that the resort didn't even have the concideration to adress our concerns we would not recomend staying here again. This resort fell short of our standards and expectations of a 5 star resort,it should be a 3 star.
