We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this motel. The room we had was clean and comfortable. It was a small queen sized room, but it was much nicer than we anticipated. The price was very affordable. It was also conveniently located near the casinos. We could walk to them. The continental breakfast was adequate and well maintained. We would stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly upon check-in. We chose the hotel because of price. The room was clean, towels were crisply white. Didn't have any problems with water pressure, and there were complimentary soaps and shampoos in the room. Best part was the proximity of the Rodeway Inn to the casinos - we were able to walk in the evening to both Harvey's and Harrah's to fully take advantage of all of those free drinks! The bed was board-hard, with all of the softness you would expect of a 2-by-4. They offer complementary breakfasts in the morning - I can't review the breakfast because we skipped it.

Dirty, dingy and just unsanitary! we had paid for 3 nights and were so grossed out by the conditions we ended up only staying one night where NONE of us slept due to the LOUD partying college kids next to us. The rug looked like it had fungus growing on it and the bathroom was pretty clean, but i wouldnt allow anyone to walk in the room without shoes on. If I was single and just looking for a bed to sleep in, fine but our room was nasty and the staff didnt seem to care that our room was so unclean when we arrived.

My wife and I stayed the night at the Rodeway in the units across the street from the main section, next to the pool. The bed was on the hard side, but that was preferrable to overly soft. The manager said the beds were next on the renovation list. Everything else was great. Baths were clean with new fixtures, including hair dryer. Each room had an outdoor access to balcony. Internet access was fast and easy to log on. The location was a couple of blocks off the main drag and with two blocks of the beach. We got free access to the private beach area which was clean and well kept---nice swimming area and even had a grill/snack bar. The motel was within walking distance of some excellent dining at Harrah's casino, and the top rated restaurant at the Edgewood Golf course is only a block away. The continental breakfast was of good quality. In short, we found the negative comments posted by others to be unwarranted. We would definitely stay there again. A great bargain.

Our room had a queen sized bed and about 2 feet of walking room around it.
The bathroom towel rack looked nice, but it was sitting on the window sill.
It appeared clean, and if you just need a bed to crash in, it was a good value.
Room is located in a quite area, less than 1/2 mile away from the casinos.
