Have stayed here many times because my company looks for inexpensive hotels. Definately get what you pay for, and at 30-50% less than the other hotels in the neighborhood, you shouldn't be surprised to find a hotel that is not exactly clean. Front desk staff is usually pretty friendly, but the rooms are note exactly enviting. I've had to request new rooms on a number of occasions because sheets were stained, box springs had nasty stains, rooms smelled, etc.

I would definitely stay here again. The employees were friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was surprising. I was not expecting a kitchenette with dishes, pots, skillets, everything you need to stay in and relax. Everything was clean and neat. The hotel sits next to I-75 but the highway sounds did not filter through hardly at all. I could hear other guests passing by in the hallway but not from adjoining room. They also have a ""quiet time"" from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. where noise should be kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for the weekend or for longer periods of time.
