Some hotels look to serve their customers for repeat business, not this one, they seem to think the secret to success is to get every dime from their customers and provide minimal service. I travel a lot on business and this ranks as one of the worst hotels I?ve stayed in. For the price, it was the worst. There was a broken floor lamp, lying on the floor, and it took three days and several complaints to get it removed. There was no desk lamp on the desk and it took longer to get one than to get the broken floor lamp removed. We stayed over the weekend and Friday night there was so much noise, I got very little sleep. But the biggest insult this hotel offered was the bogus charge for the room safe, a daily charge of about $9. When I noticed it on the bill at the airport, they told me I signed an agreement when I came it, and that I had agreed to pay it, even if I didn?t use it. The last thing I expect from a hotel is a lot of bogus charges. Finally, complaints to Ramada?s corporate number were useless. I will never stay in another Ramada.
