Very Pleasant Stay
07/23/2009Staff was very helpful and accomodating. our room was clean and tidy. best internet service was in the bathroom, otherwise we kept loosing the wifi connection.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn on Universal Blvd was fantastic. The staff was great, engaging us with questions about the comic book/science fiction convention we attended and answering any questions we had. When they discovered we would be in costume for the convention, the staff gave us additional information on the shuttle service so we could avoid walking or driving to the event. The room was very nice and the check-in and check-out processes were seemless and easy. We would stay there again, happliy.

I stayed with them for one week and I had a very good experence. The only bad thing that I could say is I had a problem with my door not closing and locking, but they sent someone right up to take care of the problem. no matter what time of the day or night I called them with a problem, they jumped right on it. All of the staff including house keeping was very nice,respectful and helpful. When I needed directions somewhere or advice on where to eat or places to visit everyone at the front desk was very happy to help. I want to take this time to say to them, Thank you for all of you help! I would stay at this hotel everytime I stay in Orlando, and I plan too. This truly was a wonderful trip!!!

Very very nice..............I'm very picky when it comes to where I lay my head down to sleep. I have been in some hotels that were terrible, however this hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very polite. I always have my bedspread and pillow cases with me, however I did not have to use them !!!! One thing I did not like was the bed was too hard, but I will be going back again !!!

Hotel was good- very neat and clean. The only problem was the shuttle service to theme parks. The shuttles were at odd times and inconvenient. You have to skip watching fireworks or else take a cab back to the hotel. Otherwise everything was good.
