  Great hotel! super helpful and friendly staff! hot tub is indoor and outdoor year round! only negative thing-noisy shower next door. very safe area. breakfast was good too!

  This hotel was magnificant. Certainly deserves the prestigious hotel accolades. Purchase the Crusin' Along the Lakeshore Package w/ hotel room. The room was splendid with luxurious amenities. Spacious restrooms. Express Start Breakfast was excellent, especially the specialty cinnamon roll. Service was exceptional and you could not ask for anything more. Excellent customer service, luxurious rooms, terrific Express Start Breakfast, nice atmosphere, easy to find location, terrific restaurants nearby, and well deserved. This hotel truly deserves more than 3 Diamonds. Best hotel in Holland.
