  Really impressed with the cleanliness of our room. We did ask for a smoking room and it was not musky smelling as we have experienced in other hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had the amenities of some of the other higher priced hotels.. Overall would stay again.

  We stayed at the Sleep Inn over the 4th of July 2008. The location is great, especially for watching the fireworks and walking to downtown Gatlinburg. The service was the best I have had from a hotel staff. Upon arrival from a long trip we were greeted by a cheerful front desk staff who made us feel right at home with their southern hospitality. The room was clean and the wi-fi worked without any problems. They offer a safe in the room but we didn't need it. They also have an indoor pool with a retractable roof above it that we didn't get to use but seemed like it was being used every time we walked by. In the morning we arrived to a great home cooked biscuits and gravy breakfast with fruit and other options as well. I was very pleased overall and will definitely stay there again next year when we visit.

  Hotel old and run down. reserved a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking room and told that that was what i asked for and would not move ...

  Hotel old and run down. Reserved a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking room and told that that was what I asked for and would not move us- said that there were no more rooms. I told them that I have a child with asthma- NOT GOOD!! Breakfast very basic and hotel not very clean. I won't be back.

  Not up to standard for a hotels international property. rooms dingy and in need of upgrade. they will automatically charge you for room safe. not an easy walk to strip..
