I have stayed there twice. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Rooms decor were mediocre at best. The room was not well cleaned or cared for. First, put me in the wrong size room. When I asked to be changed they put me next to a room fully of partying college kids. When I asked to be changed again, they place me in a room that was long over due for renovation. Service was absolutely terrible - check-in, during the stay, and check out. Second stay was even worse. The only good thing was eating on the balcony over-looking the pool/patio area. Although there is almost no other place to stay in Valencia, avoid this place at all costs.
