Teh staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were extremely nice well maintained and a cofortable feel. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers! I was suprised by the quality of this hotel for the price! The resturants were very tasty.

Hotel was the best ever!!! i would recommend family events, vacations, and any sort of outing that involves a stay!!! This Hotel has an excellent staff, and it is absolutely worth your money!! Its right down the street to many attractions, great tourist location, rooms were comfortable, not too cold or not too hot.....always have a door attendant with full of information, i honestly thought this hotel was home!!

I did some heavy research before I chose this place and I am so glad I did. I'm 24 and went on this trip with my gf and we really enjoyed our stay here. For the price that it cost, this place was everything and some. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and clean. The people at the hotel aren't a bunch of families with annoying little kids so that was a plus. You get complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios and Disney Parks (Epcot) at very reasonable times. The staff offered several coupons (e.g., buy 1 get one free beers/liquor) for the CityWalk as well. The pool is great looking with its own little bar set up outside. We didnt eat any of the hotel food or restaurants because we heard some reviews that it was pretty pricey, but not to worry, there are several restaurants within 5 min walking distance on International Drive. We loved that part of the trip, as we saved so much by walking there. The hotel has a 24 hour fitness facitlity as well. It's pretty small, but it's adequate and can get the job done. We didnt get a chance to use it as we were so busy with other things anyways. Overall, this place is a gem and should not be overlooked.

For my needs, this hotel was perfect!! My boyfriend and I took our trip to orlando for a fun little getaway and thhis hotel was perfect for us. Although we didnt use the pool, it was clean, well kept, and had a hot tub. Our room standard, king size bed was huge, and immacualte. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy. There was plenty of room even with both of our large suitcases on the floor. Universal was maybe 5 minutes away by car and disney was no more than 15 min away by car. Great price, great location, great experiece...will stay again if ever in Orlando
