We have stayed at this motel many times in the past while visiting family. It has become tired and in need of updating. The room doors are scratched and dneted,; the walls are dirty and need "refreshing". There has not been much, if anything, done to the place since it opened. There are too many options in that area that offer better quality for the same or less. We will not be returning.

I stayed here for 18-21 days total during 6 different trips in January and February of this year. The rooms were 2 room suites, always clean and very quiet! The staff was great and personable. I wish more hotels were like this one!

We stayed at this hotel to meet with our children and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas and our grandson's 6th birthday while they were all in the area staying with the kid's father! This was an excellent location--close to Westerville where everyone else was staying. Our room was great for entertaining everyone and the location at the end of the hall was PERFECT! Staff was very pleasant and helpful providing pleant of towels for our pool use, etc. We had a nice quiet location and the bed was very, very comfortable making for a very enjoyable, private stay. We would definitely stay here again!! Great value for the reasonable price.

Stayed at this small hotel because of location - north Columbus. Besides the large suites and great beds, there was a comfortable small bar off the lobby. Staff was great and very attentive. The overall quality and value of this small hotel really surprised me.

All King beds gone. Then they said they got an opening for a king room and gave us a key. My husbend ended up walking in on a women in her underwear. Both were devestated. We ended up staying in our double suite. Not happy. They treated us poorly and acted like we didn't matter because we booked through [a third party]. They kept bringing that up like we were being punished for it. Our reservation stated that it was ""Guaranteed For Late Arrival"". We were in town and could have checked in earlier if were would have been aware that that was not truthful.
