Every time I come to Billings I stay at the Boot Hill. I love it and recommend it to anyone who comes here. The only problem I encountered with my stay this time was when we checked in the person at the front desk was not very nice. She said she was tired and having car problems. If you are in a customer service position you need to set your personal problems aside, but everyone else I dealt with was very nice. Had a good stay!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in early July. In my room, there were a lot of ants all over the table between the two beds. We complained to the front desk who first said we must have had food out, and then handed us a can of ant spray to use. I had my 5 month old daughter with me so I did not want her to breath in any fumes. We stayed in another family members room for 2 hours waiting for the smell to clear. We were given a $10 discount for one of the two nights with no apologies from the staff. They were aware of the problem prior to us checking in and did not seem to care!
