Although this hotel was a bit removed from the center of town, it was actually quickly and easily accessed by one of the main metro lines. The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the station exit. The nicest thing about this Best Western was the large, new beds. They were incredibly comfortable, and the room was large compared to other places we stayed throughout France. The staff was friendly and worked hard to accommodate our needs and concerns. Our bathtub didn't drain well, but was only a minor inconvenience; we reported it to the front desk upon leaving. The hotel also charged an extra fee for Wi-Fi, though the receptionist told us the hotel is planning on offering that as a free service in the future. Part of the time, Internet access on the lobby computer was not working, so the receptionist allowed us to use an extra computer in an adjoining office. Another unfortunate incident was dealt with promptly and fairly by the hotel manager upon our departure.

Good basic value hotel for a stay in Lyon. Near a metro station so it's easy to get to things in the city. A little confusing to get to by car. Breakfast included in price but you can take it off if you don't eat breakfast. Room was very clean and everything was in good working order.
