I stayed at the SpringHill Suites, VA Beach May 2008. It was much better than expected. The breakfast buffet was delicious with egg muffin sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, cereals and fruit. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony and from the lobby windows was spectacular even during an unexpected thunder storm. the room however was a little smaller than expected but was comfortable and cherry.

Staff and Room were great! Everything in the Hotel seemed to be well maintained and clean! The free breakfast was good - about the only thing bad to say is that the staff started removing the breakfast food promptly at 10am.

We just stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time in a clean spacious room. My one year old had a great time in the pool and the outside play area on the beach. all the staff were courteous and helpful. this is one of my best stays ever in a hotel. the other reviews influenced our choice as we were booked elsewhere but did not regret the change.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our family of consisting of two teenagers and a 3 yr old had a great time. Excellent location on beach, there was a play area right on the beach near the hotel. Excellent pools. Hotel even provided entertainment for the family - we got to see the mad scientist. That was great. Excellent rooms!!! Best I have seen at the beach in a while. We also loved the free breakfast that comes with your stay. Can't wait to go back.

Right on the beach and every room has a oceanview (not partial). On Atlantic Ave with all the action but just down far enough so you don't get all the noise on the weekends. Walking distance to all restaurants and entertainment. Hotel has free valet service if you want. Great staff...very helpful. Breakfast more than just continental and very good. We had a two room queen suite and it was very large...plenty of room. Would definitely recommend for multiple adults or kids. We would stay at this hotel again. You can't go wrong with all non-smoking Marriott!
