  Our 4 day stay in four rooms was total disappointment. we definitely did not get what we trustingly prepaid for. rooms were assigned without honouring booking terms, eg. not getting ...

  Our 4 day stay in four rooms was total disappointment. We definitely did not get what we trustingly prepaid for. Rooms were assigned without honouring booking terms, eg. not getting poolview, given small room fit for single occupancy instead of classic room with kingsize bed, given a standard instead of preferred room. Other issues delaying checking in time for one room for 3 hours, charges for carpark. The website description is not honest representation particularly as beach resort. It is certainly not Sheraton standard and definitely not recommended.
