What you should know:
- All Walt Disney World® Resort hotels are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
- Disney's Magical Express Service is another benefit to staying at an on-site Disney Resort hotel. Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. When the vacation is over, guests and the bags are transported from the Disney Resort hotel back to the airport. - From January 5, 2009 until late March 2009, sections of the Stormalong Bay pool complex will be closed to Guests. Guests may continue to use the three leisure pools located throughout the resort. Additionally, the feature pool at Disney's BoardWalk Resort will be available for Guests who wish to have a slide as part of the pool experience.

Adjacent to Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Beach Club Villas provide lakeside vacation homes decorated in a late 19th-century style. Local attractions include Magic Kingdom® Park and Disney-MGM Studios.
These vacation villas provide a convenient and comfortable starting point for all Walt Disney World® Resort adventures. Ferries and buses provide transport to all of the resort's theme parks, and Epcot® is a short walk from the property. A three-acre stretch of beach is home to Stormalong Bay - a mini-water park with a beached shipwreck slide. Guests may rent boats for use in the bay, engage in catch-and-release fishing or stroll along the adjacent BoardWalk. Those that prefer a quieter atmosphere, there are three quiet pools, children's pool, and a whirlpool. Active guests can practice their serve on the tennis court (racquets and balls provided), try their hand at croquet on the grass court, take a scenic run on the jogging trail, or hit the volleyball court. The Ship Shape Health Club features a fitness center, massages and spa services, and a sauna. Additional amenities include a video arcade, supervised children's activity program, playground, babysitting services, self- and valet parking, laundry facilities and services, business center, and a beauty shop. Dining options include clambakes and scheduled character dining at the Cape May Cafe, and the Beaches & Cream Soda Shop.
With Extra Magic Hours, guests staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort have even more chances to experience the magic. Each day one of the Disney Theme Parks opens an hour early or stays open up to three hours after regular Park closing, so guests can enjoy easy access to select attractions - even the most popular ones.
