Let me start off with the positve feed back. The location was wonderful and I felt very safe. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was polite. The veiw was amazing. I was on the 8th floor and at night was able to look out at Orlando's beauty. Prior to booking my trip I read the reviews, but said to myself, "that can't be true". One of the reviewers indicated that he/she was not allowed to stay at the hotel because they booked the room for the reduced rate. I arrived at the hotel on Friday and was told that the floor I was suppose to stay on had flooded and they hotel was completely booked. So, I asked them which floors and was told that several had flooded. So, I asked them how often it happened. I told them that I saw online that they use that excuse not to allow people get the room for the lower rate. I was advised that it was not true. Then I was told that reservations were made for me across the street at a cheaper hotel. I told them was not staying there and told them to make reservations for me at the hotel of my choice. I gave them the name, location and told them I would wait until reservations were made. LOW AND BEHOLD, they found a room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If this place actually flooded I couldn't tell because all weekend I saw people on all floors.

I stayed on the 24th of October and the experience was great. Great hotel, nice room very comfortable, very nice view to the lake. My check in time was at 3:00pm but my room was ready at 2:00pm. Great experience. Must stay!!!!!!! FOR THOSE NEGATIVE PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. THIS IS NOT A $200+/ NIGHT HOTEL. Is worth the money!!!!!!!

got to the hotel well after check in time. speedy service had our room key withing minutes. only draw back is that we reserved a smoking king and was giving a nonsmoking king instead. no problem the view from the 7th floor was wonderful even saw an alligator not even an hour after getting their from the room down in the lake. although we never got up ealry enough there was free breakfast in the morning, you just had to get up before 8:30 bed was comfertable had a nice pool even though we never used it. great stay

the staff was very nice but the rooms were just ok, the ac didn't work very well ,our toilet overflowed into our room the 2nd day there and we rented two rooms and in both rooms the door would stick so you had to be extra careful when leaving your room to slam the door or it would stay ajar, the hotel itself could use some work but like i said earlier the staff was great. not sure if i would stay again though.
