Large, clean room. Continental breakfast had a good variety! 10 minutes or less from restaraunts and the beach. Pool was good. Staff was helpful. A/C was on the fritz in the first room we were placed in we were then moved to another room and the A/C was cooler than the last room but still not functioning properly but at that point we were tired and wanted to go to bed. As the 2nd day progressed A/C started working properly. I would suggest bringing your own pillows as theirs are flat and uncomfortable. Overall good stay!

My husband and I stayed there for three days over Memorial Day. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to have the little frige and microwave, too. It is close to everything you would need in the area. The view is just breath taking. It overlooks the Intercoastal waterway. We lived in the area for many years and were delighted to find this little hidden jewel when we needed to come back for a family occasion. The entire staff was very pleasant and accomodating. We definitelly will be visiting here again.

Located in nice, quiet, residential portion of Clearwater. On main street, easy to locate (we used GPS). Bay/harbor and nice walking path across street. Four miles from the beach, but easy drive over. Staff was helpful, but did encounter some ""irritability"" from one staff member who had to replenish dwindling breakfast portions. Breakfast was plentiful - coffee, juice, milk, bagels, waffles, fruit, cereal, toast and jelly. Small breakfast area, but get there early. Our dbl queen room was ample, and appeared clean. Air/heat controls weren't only on floor system, but had to be adjusted on the wall thermostat as well. Bathroom was the big question mark: hair on toilet and the hot water didn't come on for about 10-12 minutes once turned on in the shower. Don't know if others were bathing at same time or the water just always takes that long to warm up. Hotel has small/med. size pool, but we didn't patronize it (went to beach). No comment available for that. In all, for the money and location, a good choice. Would go there again, and hope for similar to better experience.

Beautiful view. Hotel is right on the bay.Our room was big and cozy. Staff was nice and helpful. The free breakfast included sausage gravy and biscuits ,waffles, danishes, cereal,drinks etc. Clearwater beach just a few miles away. Will definitely stay again

Room was large, clean, comfortable and plenty of room for all five of us. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was not too shabby and I enjoyed the waffle machine. Our 5 year old accidently left ""Mr. Bear"" behind and between the Room Attendents and the front desk, Mr. Bear made it back home within two days. My wife, my 5 year old and I want to extend a special thanks to all involved in the safe return of Mr. Bear. Also the sunsets from the pool deck is truly a sight to behold. Thanks again, Pete & Family
