Our family of 4 went second week of june 2 kids one 8 one 2. rooms and bath were clean, fridge and stove looked a little out dated but other then that everything was pretty nice. pools were clean and nice except kids indoor outdoor pool with frog was chilly for kids but the other pools were heated. outdoors bar is nice but look to pay about 7 for a drink. not much parking on the same side of hotel you have to park in parking deck across the street thats not to bad other then trying to cross 4 lanes with kids. its not a bad hotel if your looking for a place to stay with kids and still looking for some night life at least untill 11.00 then they shut bar and music down. hope this helps.

I wasn't too optimistic after reading some of the reviews but booked anyway due to the price & location. I was pleasantly surprised. First, the renovation was only on the ocean view (higher priced) rooms, the property view rooms are on the older wing with a view of the parking lot shared with the hotel next door. The room was comfortable with a fridge, microwave & coffee pot. On vacation at the beach basically we just need a clean place to shower and sleep. There was a slight cleaning issue that the staff had overlooked but it was taken care of promptly and apologetically - a guest had left some of their clothing in the top of the closet. The grounds & pools were well maintained. Being an outside room, there was a bit of noise coming from the parking lot, mostly teenagers and their cars. The security guard pretty much shut them down at 10PM. There is a poolside bar with a karaoke dj each night, also a great view of the fireworks display just up the beach. The location is ideal, walk past the pools and onto the beach. Friendly's Restaurant and Family Kingdom Park are 2 blocks away & a short drive from Ripley's and other attractions. We will definately stay again.

We stayed 2 nights, had a early AM arriival, phoned for directions and the Staff was very Veryfriendly & helpful. The room was cleaned each day by smiling ,courteous associates. We will most definately consider staying here again.

we had no hot water and called the front more than three times about it all we ever got was someone will be there as soon as they can well from friday to sunday no one ever showed up. The elevators are extremly slow and every five minutes someone was stuffing a brochure in the door.

We wanted a short get away before school started. My sister in law found the Sea Crest and it looked wonderful. We stayed for three nights and had a total of 12 people. Our room was clean and very nice for the price. We did have two proplems. One we all requested non-smoking rooms but did not get them. Second more serious we had a problem with another guest at the hotel. The management staff was wonderful in handling the situation. They were able to get us into another room with in hours. Our family is already planning on staying there next year.
