Important Hotel Information
- There will be minor construction at the property until Mid June. There will be little to no disturbance to the guest with these upgrades during daylight hours.
- The pool will be closed for the winter season starting on 10/26/09. It will re-open in June 2010. The Jacuzzi will be open during this time.

Great value in Tahoe
07/19/2009Just got back from a six night stay, quiet lodgings, nice suite, very clean, super comfy bed, friendly staff, close to everything: beach, casinos, restaurants and shopping, would definitely return.

Booked this hotel because it was convienent and pet friendly. On checking...room was not ready, but didnt have to wait too long. Grounds are really kept well, and the room was recently remodeled! Very clean and staff friendly. Has many dog runs on the property. Overall a great experience!

We stayed at this hotel 2/7/09 and found that the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly.Also, a bonus the hotel offers eco-friendly shower products. Warm rooms for winter, with heating that kept us nice and warm even if there was a snow storm outside. Within walking distance to the Casinos and Heavenly Village.

We booked a room with a king bed. On arrivall at 4:30, we were given a studio room queen bed with a kitchenette. When I went back to the front desk to ask for a king bed, they said that all kings were taken and we were given an upgraded studio room instead. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Instead of central heating, there's an electric wall heater. Coffee and tea are provided, but no breakfast. Facility includes a pool and jacuzzi outside of office area. Wireless internet is available throughout the facility.

We enjoyed our stay at this lodge for two weekend nights. Even though we arrived very late we got our key from a lock box and it was a simple, straightforward process. The hot tub looked steamy but it was too far away from our room for us to run across the snowy parking lot. The room was big with a comfy king bed and a fireplace. The only disapointment was that one of us had to take a cold shower after snowboarding because the hot water was gone. It was gone again the next morning. Maybe this was because the hotel was full - but that's no excuse. Also, I wasn't thrilled with the 11am checkout time. They couldn't give me a late checkout even though it was Sunday unless I paid for the room all over again. Location is great and the rates were very reasonable.
